iSwimband featured on Good Morning America

We were asked by Aquatic Safety Concepts  to prototype their iSwimband product, which was recently featured on Good Morning America.  High resolution SLA models were created with our state-of-the-art equipment and were prepared for urethane casting.  These SLA models were used as patterns to create rapid silicone molds.  The molds were filled with urethane under vacuum per client's color and durometer specifications.  The prototypes so closely resembled production units that Aquatic Safety Concepts used them for photo shoots and proof of concept testing.  Click here to learn more about the services we provided Aquatic Safety Concepts.
